The GongGuan Play Pond

Work with local Jujube farmer, we developed the irrigation canal system on their private land to make a pond for the community. GongGuan village is a beautiful place, where houses are built on the top of the canal, the irrigation system is running around the underground. Beside the agriculture purpose, there are no other uses of the canal water. The pond is designed for play, to create a spod on an under valued waste land beside the canal. Trying to re-engaged people’s life back to the water.
